We'll raise a monument to Lukas!

Whew! So much for Parkland Concerns. It took a while for this to get up on the blog: just imagine how long it took for Lukas Herbert to actually read and take notes on the 700 page DEIS! And if you've been paying attention, it should be obvious by now what an awful proposal this is indeed for the community and city at large.
